He's still working on it. It'll be months yet before it's available. The last couple of releases have all taken a year or so, and this will take just as long.
Play the beta version and get the date with Debbie. One of the best dates in VN history. I knew she was the best girl right away along with Jenna and it seems the developer finally saw the truth of things. Also, I really like his rework on Lily's personality. She is still goofy and all, but her comments don't drag for too long and her intelligence is much better showcased here than in the old versions of the game.
It looks like he's completely redoing the whole first 24 chapters before releasing chapter 25. At this point they're coming out once a month or so.
