Chasing Memories is a NSFW Visual Novel game with RPG elements! In it, you play as the protagonist who has lost his memory and embarks on a journey to restore it… or he just freeloads and flirts with women and monster girls alike! Either works, really.
What to expect?
The combat is turn-based, and heavily inspired by Pokémon-style systems. Each enemy having their own animated moves, with different power, accuracy and status effect chance. Just like in Pokémon, every enemy has their own element they are weak to or resist, so watch out! The slimes may not be affected that much by fire, for example. The current version has 10+ girls with more to come! All monstergirls come in different shapes and sizes so everyone will find something they like 🙂
The H-Content
As of v0.4, there are over a dozen fully animated H-Scenes for you to find! (And pretty long ones, not just a 2 second loop or something like that ;p). What can I say – monstergirls are horny, after all. That’s the genre. But you don’t need me to tell you this; the game’s entirely free so just download it and see for yourself 🙂

- The main story finally picks up. Check the journal if you don’t know what to do.
If you’re stuck at the “meet some people” section of the main quest, don’t worry – just explore the dungeons and try to get to the end of the Deep Forest map. - There’s a new Sylvia loredump, this time on the divinities of Kalrey. It’s available if you’ve seen the previous one.
- A lot of backgrounds have been completely reworked. They are still AI, as I haven’t found any artist that would match the style I want to go for, but they look a lot less shitty now.
- Your bedroom has some goodies in it now, courtesy of Hazel.
- Hazel’s hub has a new option – the Board. You can get some repeatable quests there, kill some creatures, earn some cash – that kind of thing. It’s very barebones as of now (I’ll make a proper notice board sometime in the future) but it works and is a nice way to earn some money.
- New attacks, and items. Mira has three new items on sale, one very useful in my opinion – go check them out!
- New music, courtesy of CallMeToby – the new battle theme is a banger, honestly. I’ll definitely keep comissioning him 😉
- New enemies
- 2 new Extra Gallery Scenes, one free
- Made Kate’s Extra Gallery Scene available for free – I’ll be making old scenes free once in a while so look forward to that
- Some QoL updates, mostly just guides and stuff like that – there are new help buttons in your inventory
- Both dungeons now have maps with points of interest marked on them! Should make dungeon crawling less annoying 😉
