So how far can you go with Jane in this new update? I've gotten pretty far into her route now the only hint I get is "temporary: buy your love for Jane's in her bedroom" and no matter who I talk to at any time nothing happens.

No just type mother and sister on the early of the game. They will ask you what kind of relation you had with them.
