Is chapter 1 needed to understand chapter 2??
Not really, there is a shot summary at the start of Ch2, and as it now run on Renpy you don't need saves from the Ch1 on RPGM. I recommend to play Ch1 in Renpy-Remake on this site https://fap-nation.com/anna-exciting-affection-unofficial-renpy-remake/

v0.051 has repaired the bugs, works alright.
Sometime in the next fortnight. This update will be longer than the previous ones, because of a substantial bar scene. Also from now onwards there will be two routes in the Bar. A submissive path where she could end up as Patrick's whore, and a dominant path where she may eventually supplant him and take over. Also there will be an option to leave the Bar completely.
This game has a lot of characters, and if you don't play Chapter 1, a lot of stuff won't make any sense. You'll also miss a ton of fabulous sex content, much more than in most adult games. Anna is the hottest, sluttiest female protagonist of them all, and you won't appreciate that if you don't play Chapter 1.
