I found a way to bypass this kind of stuff that happens in a lot of games.
Just type your name, press space two times and then enter, it should work.
u dump the file into the game folder thats it, same for every other renpy game
i use expresszip since its super easy with all file types, just r click the zip, rar etc file and click expresszip and select extract to "" ("" denote the folder to extract to in this case a new folder named for the game)

In Android vers u don't need but in w and m maybe just copy to folder game
