User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
The game does work the first time but when you switch to borderless window or fullscreen the game crashes on next startup.
workaround for this is to delete C:UsersYOUR NAME HEREAppDataLocalRadiantSavedConfig then only play in windowed for now
you gotta go to the board thats on the start of the hill wich says QUESTS then go to special tab and fullfill it ;D

It has moaning sounds. As for actual talking voice, no. It might in a future update, but for now no voices
