Sex with non-human creatures is the entire reason this game exists. It's what most of the audience is here for. How would the core gameplay even work without them? Without the layer of abstraction added by the fantasy element, it would be some nightmare eugenics program where you breed people for desirable traits so you can sell them to other people.
The changelog made me hopeful that they finally added the option to switch between futa and female, but no. That's the one thing you're not allowed to change. They had to go out of their way to disable that option, so apparently it's part of their creative vision or something.

Valve has started allowing adult games onto it's platform. No surprising considering that adult games makes money and Valve would be foolish to pass up the chance to make more money. Though most adult games are from Patreon creators and are normally at least a build behind what is available through their patreon.
