I believe you're stuck at controling the fleet, if you're still stuck first chose Aqualean and then draenar and then lavarian.
No pregnancy. Well, at the end you can have child but it's just ending credits.
I don't believe that creator reading these comments but in your next game of course I don't know what's it about maybe sequel or prequel but if it's not about Callisto then you could wink to Callisto it would be good, like add a specie from Callisto or you can show Tanya or just Artemis, as they explore universe they can stumble to us in this new game.

It mainly depends on which forces you use at each step of the last battle. spoiler
There are 2 endings where you have kids, but I'm not going to say with whom. If you're looking for baby bumps, you'll probably be left wanting.
Great game, only complaint is the Beethoven piece "For Elise" playing at weird occasions, like when meeting aliens on their ground, like, they don't know Beethoven!
