Why would a guy think that having feelings about his landlady and roommate are "wrong"? I know this is written this way in order to make the game still make sense when you apply the taboo patch, but it never makes sense. There is nothing inherently wrong about lusting after women in your life that are not family members. I doubt this landlady raised this guy since he was a baby and he sees her as his adopted mother figure.
