try again.. i just downloaded it.. it only blocks it if there is more then 30 downloads within a hour. and then if you wait a hour you can download it again
because its better then the rest and they all lock the file after a certain amount of poeple download it within a hour. then wait a hour and its usually unlocked and able to download again
