That list is not correct, more then half of them have lesbian content and grandmas house it's avoidable cause the dev actually gives you the choice of fetish you want. Sisterly lust is not so avoidable cause you won't get the full ending if you avoid the lesbian stuff especially where the girls can do things without the MC. Halfway house is a nice game but unless you willing to wait for yearly update's I would avoid it or hope the dev actually finishes it.
