This game gets worse every day. There are fewer and fewer sex scenes in each update, but there are more and more dialogues. Before I read them all because it was entertaining but now I better advance them because there are too many. Also before there was "fun" with different girls in each update, but now it's just Nami, Nami, Nami ... and I don't even like that character, I much prefer Airi, Momoko, Taka or my favorite Hitomu.
I understand how you feel my friend, I have also waited update after update for the MC to return to the hospital for a new examination but nothing. The only thing we can do is try other games to pass the time, I recommend V.I.R.T.U.E.S. the graphics are similar to this one and I had a good time with it.

Every update is getting worse and worse. Less and less actual content, more and more text that all in all is just long-winded and drawn out bullshit. Now I see Futa shit? This game really going down the toilet. At this point I am not seeing any point in any future downloads. Dev has lost interest and has no ideas and is just haphazardly throwing shit in to keep making $. Truly disappointing as game started off incredibly.
i have to agree, i used to be a part of the dev team up until v0.8.0 or something like that, after the change in the beginning of the game all the work i had done prior to that version was more or less removed, and this was days and days of editing, playing thru the game at the same time to make the dialogue fit the scenes better etc, and then with some much rewriting all that hard work was destroyed and i became disillusioned with continuing to work on the editing, story is lackluster now
and events seem to occur out of order, like the clothing for example, i was getting events with the new clothes but i hadnt yet given them to airi and momoka, the current editor is cringe worthy, they arent very good at getting any emotion into the characters, they all feel bland with the text as is
