Basically 'as much as you want'. Every sexual encounter is telegraphed and avoidable, and the MC can be of either sex. You can even go 'asexual' and keep your virginity the entire story... can't imagine why you'd want to, but it's an option.
Though it does bias heavily toward a 'straight male' playthrough.
The story seems to ass/u/me you'll be choosing a male character, and the majority of the plot significant characters are female.
Being uneducated is also not normal but yet we all have to accept it and make leeway for the specially hindered.
