I've manage to replicate it.
It seems like the patch completely breaks the game, every time there's a dialogue from amana, there's an error because Sayer amana is not defined, something along those lines... I'm guessing either something's missing in the patch, or the patch is for a different rev of the game.

If you had put the incest patch in the game folder DON'T that will make the game not work ... Delete the incest patch in order to play the game. The incest patch is unofficial it said it might not work . the game works perfect without the incest patch.
If you want sex sounds just go to Pornhub and look for a female masturbation compilation that is an hour long and play that in the background as you play the game.
