Well, every time I see a Rough Sex tag in game, there is zero actual Rough Sex. Maybe sometimes, but most games I don't even understand why the tag is there.
This game has a huge issue compared to the other two popular comic parodies, Something Unlimited and Rogue-Like, and simply; The characters do not act like their official counterparts. In SU Luthor feels like Luthor, the personalities are identical, one just happens to also fuck. In Rogue-Like Rogue acts like the goth southern belle you would expect from the x-men cartoon it's based on. That's just two of the main characters, even the side ones do. Doom in this doesn't act like Doom, he acts like a typical whimpy avn protag lead by the balls by women. Doesn't help the first two characters you interact with are OCs, one giving off hardcore donut steel vibes.
