Like for most of games, the mod or incest patch are working on Android too. Open the folder where your game is installed, probably in Android>data>DreamsOfDesire (or DOD or something like that). If you don't see it, just lauch the game once, then when in the main menu, quit. It should now appear like I described before. You will see a folder named files. Open it then create a new folder named game. Put the patch or mod you want in this folder. That should be good, you can play now.

Same guy than the previous answer, I thought you were asking if you could change their first name. But you were probably asking if you could change the landlady/roommate thing. Yes, you can change that by using the incest patch that restores the original relationships between the MC and the girls, as the dev intended. They are now your mother/sisters/aunt. Many devs have to do that because Patreon forbids incest relationship.
Free game so thanks for that, game looks nice. MC however is a stupid pervy rapist creep, and he is stupid...
I played it for a while it is just not my cup of tea, I am ok with most of the content in the game, but I just don't like the Dream part of the game. well anyway, just too weird for me.

this is just depressing... im not sure if there are multiple endings to this game... but i dont like it, the story gets darker and darker as the game progresses, and its kinda fucked up. wouldn't recommend to a newbie
update, I searched it up and it turns out there are multiple endings! I have yet to test if its true but I am on it
