Sloppy coding, bloated install, prone to constant inexplicable lags, ugly and amateurish renders, stupid MC. 1/5 -- it gets one star because it does, technically, work.
The install is only bloated if you don't use the compressed version. If download time is such a big factor for you, why wouldn't you do that? The game does have a tendency to freeze if you leave it alone for a few minutes (just click enter 1-2times and it should skip to next piece of text). I agree the renders/ animations are not the best, but there are lots of sex scenes, and if you want a game with really nasty, slutty MC , Elena doesn't let you down. It's what you like at the end of the day.

You don't. As with all RPGMs you need to first start the new update at the beginning of the game until you can make a save. Then find the previous update in 'Downloads', go to the 'save' folder and copy the last save. Then find the 'save' folder in the new update and paste that old save into it. You should then delete the first save you made in the new update( it will probably be file2) and rename the old save you pasted there as file2 (or whatever the new save was). And that's it.
It doesn't. It takes more or less the average time( 1-2 months), that most of the games on this site take. A couple of games have monthly updates and 'Treasure of Nadia' is released fortnightly

For me the big drawback to RPGM is the lack of rollback. It can be irritating, having to log out and start again at the last save if I want to replay a scene. I also like to see what the different options lead to, without having to begin again Having said that, I do like the free roam and being able to picture in the city where the various scenes are taking place. And finding the hidden scenes on the map is fun too.
