+: Well, I can understand that the amount of possibilities behind this one has the potential to make most people skeptic about it. The first one that come in my mind right now is G (for Gender-fluid ; they are like bipolar, at the difference that it’s about their gender). Two next ones are P and O for respectively Pansexual and Omnisexual. This could give something like LGBTIAGPO+ or LGBTIAPOG+.
I will would say that my only issue with LGBTQIA+ is that it began chaotic, leading to many misconception and misunderstandings still trailing nowadays, that has caused many to wrong-thinks their own gender identity, but also those that seems to just want to abuse the idea of self-determining. I think that it need some reforms with stricter – or at lest clearer – rules for each its letters.
