renpy is free and good for the novel itself. Daz3D, Blender, Honeyselect, and Photoshop for the graphics. If you have zero programming skills spend 17 US dollars and buy Tyranobuilder. doesn't require any coding
plus a lot of tutorials for them on youtube as well as many other sites
