The worst is probably the loud music, completely useless and inconsistent with the action, which cannot be muted ! No way to rollback, no way to get a recent history, inconsistent gameplay where no move can trigger some events and you MUST click the "continue" button, while others MUST be triggered by entering a room, where you sometimes find a character who was just seen idle in his own room at the same moment, etc.
