The front page (Not here) says 0.9.1c... then when I click, and come here, it says 0.9.0c... then when I reload, it says 0.9.1c...

There likely is a changelog on the Patreon.
It's also likely the changelog is available in-game (Haven't played in a while),
Or the changelog is something you need to be a Patron to see.
This version SHOULD be increasing the content in Book 4.
