I've played this game from the very start, and it been pretty good all the way through until the parents turned up out of the blue, and from there it changed and went down hill very fast, I personally feel there is still a lot more to this game but the DEV has given up and has chosen to end it as quickly as possible, I could pick out the flaws, for a better ending as the DEV could of gotten as least 5 more versions, however there's not point as the game is finished, sad as it was a good game.
Hmmm by the looks of things there might me one more version to come
How do I install the patch?

If you haven't figured it out yet put it in the game folder that's where the patch goes. Hopefully this helps you out have a nice day or night
IIRC, there isn't much.
I played it last December/January, I think, and working from memory. There's one avoidable scene at the tattoo shop, and there may be mild scenes either before you're interested in a girl or after you've picked someone else.
One is just a swinging scene (and, as I said, avoidable) and the others are either pre- or post-relationship with the MC.
That said, I played the dominant choices throughout. If you pick more passive choices you may get more.
The last update came out in June. Look at the dev's Patreon page. It's there for free.
