I'm confused then. What most understand or believe; A Transsexual Female is a human that looks female but has only male working parts, meaning she produces no milk from her breast but can produce semen from her penis. Or a Transsexual Male is a human that looks male but has only female working parts. Although I'm not aware if those males can give birth. This is the understanding of many heterosexual people. If the true definition is actually different, it isn't for heterosexual people.
Also my understanding of hermaphrodites is that they are animals, male or female that possess both sex organs, a vagina and penis.

Male identifies as woman = Trans female
Woman identifies as man = Trans male
Futa = Hermaphrodite (no Trans, born both sexes)

you are correct: Hermaphrodites (futa) do have both sexes. The dev of this game clearly had no idea what a futa was and decided to use trannies.
