The saves are in AppDataRoamingglamour (or glamour-updater)Local Storageleveldb (all the files)
You can move them from Glamour-updater to Glamour or vice versa to continue where you left off.

can anyone tell how to continue the college main quest? in the walktrough, i can work my fines with zoe, but i got stuck when she tolds me to go to clinic? is there something i missed ?
You don't have to do that. Just play the free online version which is two updates behind, and you can save on that no trouble. Everytime the latest update comes out, the free version gets updated as well, so it's no different really
If it was compressed, it would probably be exception hell, and you'd still be moaning about it
