You have to download until it stops you. Then stop the VPN (go to displaying your genuine IP) for a few. Then restart your VPN again paying attention to whether it signs you onto a new node or not, which it most likely did. Now you look like you're coming from another IP and you can download the balance. If it's not giving you a new node, download the second part from a Canadian node if you're in the U.S..
