Anyone know difference between T and P download on Android?

In the context of Android, "P" refers to the development codename for the Android Pie operating system (Android version 9), while "T" is the codename for Android 10, meaning "P" represents an earlier version of Android compared to "T" which is a newer release.
I short term - go for P if have 9 or an older version of Android. Go for T if your Android is 10 or newer.
