Dev was pretty careful about mentioning how all the siblings were being very careful about birth control, but the latest update hints that might start to slip. So if you have a pregnancy fetish and are extremely patient, you might get what you want in a few years.
But really... these updates are small but they come out like clockwork. That's good dev compared to most others.
