You must set "HailDicktator.x86_64" as executable, and only then will you be able to run it as a program.

J'ai eu le mĆŖme problĆØme. Il y a deux versions Android, version 32bit et version arm64, essaye d'installer l'autre version et ton problĆØme devrait ĆŖtre rĆ©solu
