I like this one, but like most the updates are mostly blind and not very long. The largest frustration is the adding of new characters that go nowhere at this time. The paying of rent is not an issue and not sure why the basement is a thing. The number of not used items highlighted are abundant but the models are nice. This feels like a first time project.

Cont: Lastly I would give a few bucks to help the dev for their efforts, if they had regular quality updates and most importantly FINISHED their projects and most do not. making most of these not reliable enough to pay for. If making these is that persons only source of income they need to do better, if its a passion then expecting to be paid should not be a obstacle for doing a good job.
