This is a fantastic game with some of the best H scenes around, and I'd highly recommend it. But the more recent content is far too click intensive, too political, and with a far lower proportion of H scenes. The focus seems to have moved away from character relationships and desires, and towards an over-expanded world and how the team will change it. World expansion and character evolution is obviously all important for immersion, but things should be kept in perspective for what people look for in the genre. HH is marked as a 'trainer' and 'corruption', and it certainly is for most of the game, but that mechanic and the satisfaction that comes with it has been lost somewhere along the way. And it's a harem fantasy, but most of the time the character's come together now is to problem solve or talk history/politics.
Friendly criticisms and observations from a fan. I hope newer updates show a return to form and the kind of content that made HH so popular in the first place.
It's sandbox inside the hotel, until you start a quest. Admittedly the recent quest content is pretty grindy, so it loses some of it's sandbox feel. The new content from 0.15 (and maybe 0.14) have not been very rewarding for the effort you put in tbh, but it's still a great game.
