He won't release the update until he's found enough idiots who'll pay him full price for one update a year. He has his followers who diligently defend him and try to influence people here to pay him. His little dogs who have fallen in love with a virtual character from the game and think they have to defend her to the death.

Usually i pay the Prize for Full games. Not for Parts without an acceptable ending.

Nothing wrong with a year. If you check the F 95 zone, you'll clearly see a post from his patreon about the progress of Chapter 10, before it was shut down. Why are you so aggressive and toxic towards a game and its fanbase? Did you get pleasure from doing that?
