The thing about this game is a part of dialogue in the middle when she says, "it's not so bad getting ass-fucked, but taking a shit is effortless right after." So what is the reference she's making? I don't get it. Is it a metaphor or literal?

Game is just a average generic story nothing groundbreaking,a lot of blueballing but the renders are nice.
