Not quite correct, as you can speak with EVERYONE multiple times, and once you get your first promotion things pick up quick.
I keep asking too, But to no one seems to respond, Perhaps the dev doesn't know how to compress a file.
ALso there is a cheat patch which can help you pass all the grinding. Just search internet
Yeah, but you don't even *really* need the cheat patch either. If I recall you can just open the console too.

So this game *is* still in development, just taking a while to update for this one... Just today the maker put a post 'sorry for the delay' up on Patreon. While I couldn't read it due to it being locked behind the paywall, but I assume we will see it updated within the next week.
