On Android, it's an APK. You need to instal first an APK installer if you don't have one. I use "APK Combo installer". It's fine.

Thing is, reporting the link as broken is far more useful than making a whiny comment about it. The folks in charge of the links NEVER check them based on random comments. So that idiot up there is just wasting everybody's time with that shit, including his own.
