The creator stopped working on the game due to patreon guidelines.
I messaged ICCREATIONS on patreon yesterday. I also said that he should use "boosty" or "fanboxx" instead of patreon for his more explicit games as the new guidelines would allow so.
If more people message him on patreon on this issue he might just resume his work on ICC in paradise.
