Somehow I doubt that these materials are copyrighted, and even if they are, do you honestly believe you'll be able to enforce that on anonymous wankers that might decide to use a collection of the images in their own projects?

Whoa! The music in this game is composed by a very famous professional composer James Hannigan who also made music for the Harry Potter movies, lots of EA Games and won multiple awards I just now looked it up. How cool is that!
