A fan made a mod for Insexual Awakening that adds an epilogue with sex scenes with the pregnant characters. It doesn't look as good as the original art, but it looks great. I can't put the link on this site. Search for SUV 1 mod Insexual Awakening. Registration on the site is required to download.
I think they said the reason for that was they couldn't get the original artist back, real shame really this game and the art especially is phenomenal definitely leagues above where the 2nd game is now.

Pretty good game. Decent art and story. Would have liked it with more kinks and fetish but it's still good as it is. Giving it a 6/10.
