the autor said that in the patreon: there will be 4 arcs in total the first one is until the V0.18 and passes in the naruto classic, the second one, on the star of the shippuden(problaby just until the chunnin exams or so) the other arcs he will mention later

Should I watch Naruto before playing this? Cuz you know, I don't know/ understand some words like kakashi, jutsu, hokage, etc.
nope not necessary. you just need to have the thought, i need to masturbate and continue my daily activities. moreover you can always search them on net. for instance kakashi is a really famous guy in the naruto series, like probably the 2nd strongest guy. sensei in kakashi sensei means teacher. hokage is like a president of the country and jutsu is hard to explain. just search the rest up on net
