When you talk to Stephanie to advance your research, she'll end up setting up a meeting with Nora. That unlocks the university.

1. Research the medical trait first (it's worth more).
2. Time it so that you hire supply/production staff just as the research on your first serum is completing.
3. Hire 2 supply, 2 production.
4. Ensure you mange your business every morning to keep efficiency high.
5. Make sure you take time to sell your serums.
6. Advance your research with Stephanie as soon as you can. The first advance is when you test the first serum on her. The second is when you talk to Stephanie and unlock Nora.

(cont) I typically find that the 2 trait serums are enough to stabilize the company and make a bit of money, the 4 trait serums are enough to really start getting ahead and buying all the organizational perks.

Depends on what you mean by broken. Many of the bugs has been fixed, and the Dev has established unit tests to ensure they stay fixed. But if you mean broken because it's very grindy - yes, it's still grindy (as most of the sandbox are, in my experience)

Don't need to cheat, just make the very first drug with basic medic or something and make it on prodution by yourself, over time you will get a lot of money then expand, let stephanie discover and do the others drugs and keep lvling focus and pboth production and the one who get more mats to production

Game is grindy, yes. But once you figure it out, it isn't any worse than many of these games. Personally, I like the actual mechanics, and it's a decent corruption game.

If all you want is a fap, give it a pass. If you want to play something that's got actual game mechanics to it, give it a try. I find it way more interesting than most VNs.
