Developer doesn't offer any updates, paid or otherwise. Expects you to send him lots of money for the sole prevalidge of sending him more money, and being able to give him ideas for his game. That's what his patreon account says. The game is only a prologue with no sex content. Just a dumb zombie game that you can get anywhere.
