so this has been in development for 13 years now. and IIRC it has been rebooted at least 4 times already

look into your windows installation files and you'll see folders that predate your computer, also if you look at there patreon page you can see they are actively working on this title

swf is shockwave flash.
And it is not backdated like a windows install file would be. This date is when I downloaded it from the internet. Which fits because I remember playing this game 15 years ago.
