I don't think she is. It depends on what you like.
In its early days 'Anna' was exactly the same, there were hardly any sex scenes in the first 10 days. Lots of bath/showers, changing clothes, working in the coffee shop (with no sex scenes) etc. And over time that was eliminated. 'Anna' has had a lot more updates than this game. This game has about 10 hours gameplay, whilst Anna has over 30 hours. So you can't really compare the two in my opinion
