I checked a very old save where there was a choice to tell him.
He literally starts crying that you cucked him and turned his life into Netorare and says he will never forgive you.
MC tells him that you will make it right for both of them and help male friend fuck his own mother. Then it crashed because the old save is broken and incompatible. (I had to ignore some errors that happened on load to even see the few lines I got).
I am not replaying the entire game from beginning to find this.
But it seems like it is going to lead towards sharing MMF
