You can stop the NTR when you go on the first date with Alexis. She'll flirt with some random and you step in and say something. She won't disappear into the toilet with the random and the first NTR won't happen. She'll be pissed but DON'T apologise. Movie date, same kinda thing. Beach date, same kinda thing.
