I loved this game, forever ago..
I found its art style attractive, game play was simple yet intriguing..
but for the past...however long now, it's just been...eh.

Having to restart the game every ' big' release, was a killer too..
You do not need to interact with her after meeting her if you do not want to.
When she is in the same spot as other girls and you do kiss them or give them gifts, that increases her yandere stat. Any stats and interactions with her are only available after meeting her of course.
So far, never had any actual problem making sure not to increase her yandere stat. You can also go down her storyline a bit and get her arrested for stalking you. That does remove her from the game as far as I know.
No. Bug riddled and each update is so small. It progresses at a similar pace to Summertime Saga. That is to say, it barely progresses at all
