Bought this game on steam years ago because I saw its potential even though I'm not a fan of the graphics. Needs a birthing mechanic also when will it be finished?

6-7 years ago with non animated game was OK
Now, non animated is very bad game.
Too much time milking, the game get old and bad with time.
