I've only played episode 1 and I'm surprised how the MC is such a pushover. He makes Beta males look like Alpha males.
He lets his sister push him around and is fine with being used by her so she can achieve her goal to have sex with all the women the MC has befriended.
He seems to enjoy taking it up his a$$ more than enjoying a p*ssy.
He's totally fine with a woman making him infertile.
He's not interested to learn how to better use his own magic and to protect himself, instead he relies on the women to protect him all the time.

Sometimes devs make that content optional, so unless someone confirms in the comments that it's avoidable or not, people aren't going to know for sure so play testing is required in the absence of said confirmation

Tags don't give you the full picture in regard to content...if something isn't optional and is thus considered a dealbreaker, nobody is going to know until they play it if people haven't commented on it yet.
