I tried, but the RPGM format makes the grind even more annoying than it would be in Renpy. And maybe I'm not that smart, but I found I needed the walkthrough in a few cases to know where to click next. Fun story, not fun to play the game.

you can copy over the save files from old version to the new one. Saves are in "Game" folder No need to repeat it.
