No such thing as "safe" sex. Condums are good for some things but things like herpes, monkeypox, hepatitis and others they aren't. It was decided long ago that those risks would be downplayed as people because condoms are better than nothing and it was worried people are so stupid revealing that there was still a risk would cause some to not use condoms at all.
