Having played this game through to its current ending, I can say 2 things (will try not to give too many spoilers). 1: this being a sandbox game there is a bit of grinding to go through and the lewd scenes are a bit sparse at first. 2: once the MC accepts the situation with his sister the number of lewd scenes increase not just between the MC and his sister, but with the twins as well. Depending on a couple of decisions that you make (including the one right at the start of the game concerning a particular fetish), some of the scenes are quite kinky. This is one of those games you have to persevere with.
